FAQs
We know what you're like...
-
When is the RSVP deadline? Please RSVP by the 30th of April.
-
Are children welcome? As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. Please reach out if you have questions – there may be babysitters in the village who can help.
-
Can I bring a plus 1?As much as we'd love to be able to have everyone's partners, only guests named on the invitation are invited to attend.
-
What will the weather be like? Most of you are English so you all understand the risks. The plan is for an outdoor ceremony and, although there will be a Plan B, you never know what the British weather might bring!
-
What exactly is the dress code?Men: the groom and groomsmen will be wearing morning suits (tails, without hats). If you have a morning suit and would like to join them, please do! If not, please wear a suit and tie of your choice. Women: fun, bright pops of colour (please avoid brown) or floral patterns. Please wear comfortable shoes for walking on grass — high heels might be a challenge on the lawn! No fascinators. Don’t forget suncream and a cardigan for the evening.

Will there be any pre-arranged transport?Although we live on a farm, there are lots of options getting to and from Winchester. There will be no pre-arranged transport, so we would recommend booking in advance. Please see the 'Travel' page for more info.
